Lifetime Warranty Policy

1. What’s Covered

  • Fabric flaws or failures.
  • Stitching breakdowns.
  • Malfunctioning zippers, snaps, buckles, or other hardware.
  • Structural failures resulting from workmanship.

Coverage remains valid for the lifetime of the product (as reasonably determined by Nectrum) and applies only to the original purchaser.


2. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (abrasions, fading, fraying, pilling, material fatigue).
  • Accidental damage or misuse.
  • Improper care (unapproved cleaning methods).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Incidental or consequential damages.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
  2. Contact Us: Email Nectrum Support at support@nectrumgear.com.
  3. Include Details:
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Clear photos of the product and the defect.
  4. Resolution: Once reviewed and approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the exact product is unavailable, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.
SHIPPING NOTE: You may be responsible for shipping the item to Nectrum for evaluation or repair.

4. Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Nectrum or authorized retailers.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
