To ensure the most efficient delivery, we utilize fulfillment centers in both North America and Asia depending on your destination.


1. Shipping Origins & Estimates

*Times include processing. Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays due to customs inspections or carrier disruptions are beyond our control.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Pre-orders ship within 2–3 business days of the item arriving in stock.
NOTE: Once your order ships, we cannot modify it. Please contact us immediately if corrections are needed before fulfillment.

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

USA (continental), UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Macao, Philippines, South Korea, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Taiwan $99 USD
Netherlands, Spain, Greece, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Cyprus, Portugal, Norway, Sweden $199 USD

Shipping to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, India, and select Middle Eastern countries is currently suspended.


4. Customs & Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
  • USA Orders: Duty-free.
  • EU/UK VAT: Orders under standard thresholds (approx €150/£135) usually have VAT collected at checkout. Higher value orders may be subject to VAT upon arrival.
IMPORTANT: If a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees or any other reason, no refund will be issued.

5. Order Tracking & Support

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
